My journey into sports massage therapy
I’ve always had a strong interest in fitness, training, and recovery, particularly through my own experience with CrossFit and weightlifting. Over time, I became more aware of how important recovery and looking after your body really is — not just for performance, but for everyday life too.
Alongside my full-time role within Children’s Services, I decided to take the leap and train as a Sports Massage Therapist. It started as something completely outside my comfort zone, but quickly became something I genuinely loved.
What inspired me most was being able to help people feel better — whether that’s easing muscle tension, supporting recovery, improving mobility, or simply helping someone switch off for an hour from busy day-to-day life. I wanted to create treatments that feel professional but also personal and welcoming, where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and properly looked after.

My approach to your well-being
Clients often appreciate my calm, friendly, and down-to-earth approach. I understand that booking a sports massage can feel a little intimidating for some people, especially if it’s their first time, so I try to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and listened to from the moment they arrive.
Alongside my sports massage training, I work full-time within Children’s Services, which has given me strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine caring nature. I’m used to working closely with people, building trust, and understanding individual needs — qualities I naturally bring into my treatments as well.
I also understand training, recovery, and muscle fatigue from personal experience through my own fitness journey, particularly CrossFit and weightlifting. This helps me relate to clients who are active, training regularly, or simply feeling the effects of busy everyday life.
Most importantly, I genuinely care about helping people feel better, move better, and leave feeling refreshed.

My passion and your impact
What I love most is being able to genuinely help people feel better — whether that’s reducing muscle tension, supporting recovery, improving movement, or simply giving someone an hour to properly switch off and focus on themselves.
There’s something really rewarding about seeing the difference even one treatment can make, especially when someone leaves feeling looser, more comfortable, and more relaxed than when they arrived.
I also love building relationships with clients and creating a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable, listened to, and looked after.
My goal is to help clients not only recover and perform better physically, but also improve their overall well-being and make time to properly care for themselves in busy everyday life.
